I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. The parking was very spacious and convenient for my needs. This hotel is located in a very charming and beautiful neighbourhood, which added to my overall enjoyment of my stay. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a variety of delicious breads, meats, and eggs served to me individually.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Great views from the room's balcony and the location of the hotel within the mountains were a perfect romantic scenery. The breakfast was decent and had just the right amount of options. The hot tub was very clean and relaxing, adding to the romantic atmosphere.
The air conditioning did not seem to be functioning properly and it was uncomfortable to sleep in high temperatures. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with the staff which left us feeling frustrated at times.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the scenic view of the nearby hills and the convenient location of the hotel. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and the breakfast provided was delicious. we appreciated the availability of free Wi-Fi in the room.
Despite the positive experience, we felt that mosquito nets on the windows and balcony door would have been useful. the variety of TV channels provided could have been better, but this was not a significant issue since we were able to use the free Wi-Fi.
